Issue
- Although the Outlook client installs with no errors, the e-Work tab is missing from the Outlook Options screen and the toolbar is not visible.
Resolution
- Ensure that the e-Work add-in has not been disabled by Outlook. In Outlook, go to Help --> About Microsoft Office Outlook --> Disabled Items.... If the e-Work add-in is listed, highlight it and click Enable. It may be necessary to restart the machine rather than just Outlook.
