Issue
The Web Services administration form fails to generate a WSDL file if Blank form is selected as the Service Type and the selected process has more than 1 initial (creation) action.
If the Preview button is clicked, the user receives the following message:
Engine exception: Failed to refresh form.
If an attempt is made to submit the form, the user receives the following message:
Failed to commit action.
For SQL Server, a message similar to the following is written to the Designer log:
Failed to process 'eExecuteSQL' Metastorm engine Database Connector request. ErrorCode: '-2147217900'. Description: 'Unclosed quotation mark before the character string ' ))'.'.
