Issue
- The Metastorm Client for Office is installed, but the Metastorm BPM ribbon tab does not appear.
Resolution
Verify that the Metastorm BPM Client for Office add-in is active.
Outlook 2007 (Note that the ribbon only appears when a message is being composed.)
- Click on Tools --> Trust Center... --> Add-ins.
- Make sure Metastorm.Office2007Client.OutlookAddIn is on the list of Active Application Add-ins. If it's not on the active list or it's on the list of disabled items, select Disabled Items from the drop-down at the bottom of the window and enable the add-in.
- Restart Outlook.
- If the Metastorm add-in is not listed at all, run a Repair of the Metastorm BPM Office Client using Windows Add or Remove Programs.
Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Word 2007
- Click on Office button --> (ProductName) Options --> Add-Ins.
- Proceed as for Outlook using the appropriate product name.
