Issue
- On a non-editable grid rendered in a browser, a horizontal scrollbar is added whenever a vertical scrollbar is needed, even if the horizontal one is not required to display all of the columns. An unnecessary vertical scrollbar is never added. This behavior is only exhibited in the Outlook client when opening forms with Internet Explorer.
