Issue
When trying to submit a form, the user may receive the message 'Failed to refresh form'. The following error is written to the Windows application event log:
Unknown field 'field\_name' in
where field\_name can be the name of any field on the form.
Resolution
If an image is used on a form segment, move the image from the form segment to the main form.
If using a procedure with Metastorm BPM version 7 that was created with e-Work version 6.x, a workaround is to open the procedure with the version 7 Designer and touch the form in question (just put focus on the form) and then publish it. The form should now submit without error.
