Issue
- A user logs in to Metastorm BPM and see forms in the Most Recently Used (MRU) list that are not available to the user. If such a form is selected, the message Failed to invoke action is generated.
Discussion
- The MRU list is stored in a cookie, which is not MBPM role-based, in the Windows profile of the user logged on to the workstation. The situation described above could happen if two or more MBPM users with different roles share a workstation and the same Windows user remains logged on to the machine. All of the MBPM users would see the same MRU list, but MBPM roles would still determine each user's access to the forms. Also, if a procedure were deleted, the cookie would not be affected and the blank form would still be present in the MRU list.
