Issue
- The line has been added to the file web.config, but there's no delay in the refresh.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. This feature was added to version 7.5.1 as hot fix 15 (7.5.1.15.) However, it does not work in versions 7.6.0.x and 7.6.1.x. The alert lists can be configured to auto-refresh, but it's not possible to configure a delayed refresh.
