Issue

• To Do/Watch/Blank Forms/Admin Forms lists cannot be retrieved. This was reported using either the v6 web client or the VB client in the SDK.

• The following error message was written to the Application Event Log:

Resolution

• This was traced to a Microsoft hotfix for SQL Server 2000. See the following Microsoft article for more information:
