Issue with Certain MS SQL Server 2000 Hotfixes

Issue
- To Do/Watch/Blank Forms/Admin Forms lists cannot be retrieved. This was reported using either the v6 web client or the VB client in the SDK.
The following error message was written to the Application Event Log:
