Issue

• The following message is written to the Designer Log (eLog table):

  Component type: Alert Generator
  Description: \[HANDLE\_ALERTS\] There were no users on the todo list.

Resolution

• When Oracle is used with Metastorm BPM version 7.0.1, this may occur whenever a folder enters a System or Archive stage. This has been resolved in version 7.5.

• If this message occurs with Oracle and version 7.5 or later is being used, or it occurs with SQL Server, then version 7.5 hotfix 15 or later should be installed. Starting with this hotfix, a delay may be specified for the web client's auto-refresh of alerts, thus ensuring that actions have been processed before the alerts list is evaluated.
