External PDF Form Fails to Open With CancelURL Parameter

Issue

• When the CancelURL parameter is used in the blank form URL, an external PDF form will not open. For example, in the following URL, a PDF form should open at Action1:
  http://localhost/e-work/eForm.aspx?Map=TestMap&Client=External&Action=Action1&CancelURL=http://www.metastorm.com

Resolution

• This is a known issue.
