Issue
- When trying to connect to the database with an e-Work DSN using an Access / Jet engine install (in the Designer or with an e-Work utility), a message appears stating 'Workgroup Information File is Missing'.
Resolution
- This error is caused by misauthentication to the Access database file. Either a username and password were submitted when not necessary, or an incorrect username and password were used.
