Issue
If the name of the creation (initial) action in a procedure contains 2 or more consecutive spaces, the action fails and the blank form does not open.
Messages similar to the following are generated. No messages are written to the Designer log.

Error presented to user:
Failed to invoke action.
Message:< \[sp\_creation\_action\] > : The creation action ' Initial Spaces ' could not be performed for the map ' Space In Action Name '. The action does not exist
Windows application event log warning:
< \[sp\_creation\_action\] > : Unable to perform the action ' Initial Spaces ' for map ' Space In Action Name '. The requested action does not exist.
Metastorm BPM version 7
Error presented to user:

Message:< \[psp\_validate\_action\] > : The creation action ' Initial Spaces ' could not be performed for the map ' Space In Action Name '. The action does not exist
Windows application event log warning:
< \[psp\_validate\_action\] > : Unable to perform the action ' Space In Action Name ' for map '%3'. The requested action does not exist.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. The workaround is to remove the extra spaces.
