Issue
The e-Work Engine fails to start and generates the following error:
Faulting application dllhost.exe, version 5.2.3790.0, faulting module eUtility.dll, version 6.6.1.514, fault address 0x000281cf.
Resolution
The file eUtility.dll may have become corrupt. Replace it with a copy of the same version from another machine or from the e-Work CD. The default location is "C:\\Program Files\\Metastorm e-Work\\Engine".
If this does not resolve the problem, go to Settings --> Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> Metastorm e-Work Release **** --> Change. In the Setup Wizard, select Repair and continue.
If this still does not resolve the problem, select Modify instead of Change, de-select the e-Work Engine (don't change the other components), and continue. After this completes, select Modify again, select the e-Work Engine (don't change the other components), and continue.
