Issue
- After making a change to the time zone on an e-Work Engine server, the 'Updated' column on To Do and Watch Lists displays the incorrect time for client workstations.
Resolution
- Prior to changing the time zone or enabling or disabling daylight savings time on a server running the e-Work Engine, stop the Engine service. Restart it after any changes to the time zone or daylight savings time have been applied.
- If the Engine is not stopped first, data written to eAlert.eUpdated may be incorrect. Once the Engine is restarted, subsequent times will be correct.
