Issue
When a user is logged in to Notify with a username of the format domain\\username, e.g. when Metastorm BPM is configured to use Windows Single Sign-On (SSO), the user receives an error message similar to the following when trying to log out of Notify:
Cannot create file C:\\Documents and Settings\\eworkuser\\Application Data\\e-work\\Win32 Clients Cache\\todo (carter00\\eworkuser@e-Work Server).cache
In the Details window is the following:
Cannot create file C:\\Documents and Settings\\eworkuser\\Application Data\\e-work\\Win32 Clients Cache\\todo (carter00\\eworkuser@e-Work Server).cache

Resolution
- This is a known issue. Windows is unable to create a file that contains a backslash. Note that this error does not apply to the Outlook client. If this same user is logged in to both the Outlook client and Notify, logging out of the Outlook client will also log the user out of Notify as expected.
