HELP! Out of space - frozen TeamSite

Hi All,

I am new to TeamSite and currently cannot logn to the system due to this error.,
The eventsubsystem is showing 33G. Is there any way we can purge this data for getting more space? We are using the default method for eventsubsystem.

You might want to migrate your iw-store to a bigger hard drive partition. Please search the support site for instructions in doing so.

To feel very safe you can open a support ticket and they will help you in doing so.

There are instructions for cleaning out the event subsystem. Ask support.

You must also get off the default DB for the event subsystem. It is not meant for an enterprise implementation, get on Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, etc.

Finally, the iwstore should be on its own partition, not sharing the disk with iwhome.

I take it that's 33G available - yes?
What percentage of the total disk space does 33G represent?
You might want to check the iw.cfg settings for disklowpercent - by default I believe it's set to 10% - you might be able to safely reduce the number to 5% if you've got a really decent sized disk.

However, clearing up the other issues already mentioned is a good thing to do regardless.

If this is flatfile openjms.db taking up the space, delete it and move to RDBMS. 6.7.1 sp1 comes with the ootb derby and this can be used for the smaller implementations.
