Issue
- How can I make sure actions available at a stage are performed in a specific sequence by the user (selectively hiding actions)?
Resolution
- This can be done by creating dynamic roles for the user and making the actions available to the roles in the order desired.
- Download the attached procedure (note the file type) for an example of this. Note the formulas for the dynamic roles and how the variables in the formulas are assigned in the actions.
