ForceLogin Fails When Public Access is Configured

Issue

• Although the ForceLogin parameter is used in a URL when Public Access is configured (e.g. http://webserver/Metastorm/eForm.aspx?Map=ForceLoginTest&ForceLogin=True&Client=External), a login screen is not displayed, and the user is logged in as the guest user (e.g. eGuest).

Resolution

• This is a known issue.

• Note that guest users can still access blank forms if Public Access is enabled.

  Registered Metastorm BPM users (user name and password) who use the blank form URL will get logged in as the guest user since ForceLogin isn't working. However, if the blank form is available from their Blank Form list in the normal client interface, they can access it that way as an MBPM user.
