Issue

• The Metastorm BPM Windows Single Sign-On guide refers to SupTools.msi in the \\Support\\Tools sub-directory, but this directory can't be found.

Resolution

• The sub-directory referred to in the documentation is on the Windows Server 2003 SP2 CD. SupTools.msi can also be downloaded from Microsoft Download Center here.
