Can't Display Chart When Using Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Forms

Issue

• One of the administrative procedures that is installed with e-Work 6 is Business Activity Monitoring.epc. When I click the button 'Display Chart ...' on the form, nothing happens.

Resolution

• In order for the button 'Display Chart...' to work, you must

  1. have MS Graph installed on the client computer (installed by default as part of MS Office)
  2. select 'Enable' or 'Prompt' for the setting 'Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe' in the local intranet security settings in Internet Explorer.
