Unable to Open Blank Form Due to Concatenated Length of Names of Roles

Issue
- In 'Restrict viewing to roles' in the properties for an e-Work form, selecting roles whose names total more than 255 characters when concatenated generates an error message 'Unable to access blank form'. In addition, the following messages are recorded in the Windows Application log: 1) Unable to access blank form ... and 2) Database exception while trying to create form. Operation: Open. Code: 1021.
