Issue
- When Envision is first launched, the Microsoft Office installer is also launched and Envision fails to start.
Resolution
If Microsoft Office is present on the Envision server, no part of the Office installation must be pending. This could happen if Office was installed and configured by one user, and Envision was launched by another user.
To ensure that no part of the Microsoft Office installation is pending, attempt to launch a Microsoft Office application.
