'Wed' Is Not a Valid Integer Value

Issue

• When trying to log in to e-Work through the web, an error message similar to the following is displayed (the day can vary):

  Level 1
  Source:URLPackager
  Type:EConvertError
  Message:'Wed' is not a valid integer value

  Level 2
  Source:URLPackager
  Type:EMetWebRequestPackagerException
  Message:Unable to add request details.

Resolution

• This problem usually involves either a proxy or ISA server. One of the following actions should resolve this issue:

  1. Delete the e-Work cache on the ISA server.
  2. Verify that the proper ports have been configured on the ISA server.
  3. Do not use a proxy server to access e-Work.
