Large Subject Field Generates Message in Windows Event Log

Issue

• When the subject field for a folder (%Subject) contains more than 127 characters, the following error message is written to the Windows application event log:

  Database exception while trying to create alerts. Operation: MoveNext.
  Code: 1021. Description: Data truncated..

Resolution

• This is a known issue. Although an error message is written to the event log, the subject is not truncated.
