Issue
- When trying to access Metastorm BPM when Windows Single Sign-on (SSO) is configured, a user sees the message You are not authorized to view this page in the browser, and they are prompted with a Windows login screen.
Resolution
Make sure the site is added to the list of trusted sites in Internet Explorer. Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Trusted sites. Click on Sites and add the site.
In addition, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Trusted sites --> Custom level.... Under User Authentication, select Automatic logon with current user name and password.
If necessary, go to Tools --> Internet Options and delete all cookies and temporary internet files.
