Cannot Access Attributes in Users and Roles on Windows Server 2008

Issue

• If the Users and Roles utility is installed on Windows Server 2008, clicking on the Attributes tab generates a message similar to one of the following:

  Login failed for user 'sa'

  ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied

Resolution

• This is a known issue.
