Issue
When trying to run a directory extraction, the following error is generated:
Extraction failed to complete:
javax.naming.NamingException: \[LDAP: error code 1 - 000020D6: SvcErr: DSID-031006C5, problem 5012 (DIR\_ERROR), data 0
Resolution
- Verify that the supported version of the Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) is installed. This version is specified in the Supported Environments document. It is available from the Redistributables folder on the e-Work CD.
- Verify that the value for the EWORK\_EXTRACTION\_JAVAHOME environment variable is correct. This can be found here:
Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> System --> Advanced --> Environment Variables
