Issue
- A PDF external form fails to load, and only the Submit and Cancel buttons appear in the browser.
Resolution
- This behavior was caused by version 7.0.7 of Adobe Reader on the client machine. The latest supported version of Adobe Reader, as stated in the Supported Environments document, is 7.0.
- Although awkward, there is a workaround: Click the Submit button and then click Refresh (F5) in the browser. The PDF form will then load.
