Security Warning When Accessing Metastorm BPM Through SSL (HTTPS)

Issue

• After accessing Metastorm BPM through SSL (e.g., https://MyWebServer/Metastorm), a user may receive the following message:

  This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.
  Do you want to display the nonsecure items?

Resolution

• Click Yes to the warning. Then, in Internet Explorer,

1. Go to Tools --> Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab, click on the zone where the Metastorm site is located, and then click on Custom Level...
3. Scroll down to the option Display mixed content and select Enable
4. Click OK, then click Yes to the Security Warning pop-up
