e-Work Designer's Publishing Dialog Disappears When Using Citrix Client

Issue
Running the e-Work Designer in a Citrix client environment can cause the publishing dialog to disappear.
If the user switches to another active application while the Designer is in the process of publishing a procedure, switching back to the Designer can cause the publishing dialog to lose focus and go behind the main Designer window.
Resolution
- It is possible to retrieve the dialog box by starting another Designer instance and then closing it.
