Issue
When an attempt is made to open a form, either the 'spinning clock' continues indefinitely or the following runtime error appears:

Resolution
- Make sure that if a form field is named, for example, 'MyField' (on the 'Extra' tab on the field's properties), another field is not named 'MyFieldLabel.' Label is used by e-Work to refer to field .
