Issue
- Forms unexpectedly disappear from a procedure.
Resolution
- This is a known issue, but it is very uncommon and not reproducible on demand. The only suggestions are to save the procedure before it is published (i.e., click the Save button and then publish) and to save the procedure to more than one location.
