Issue
- A multiple attachments clip on a form is resized in the Process Designer. Document managment support \[sic\] is then checked, and the clip unexpectedly returns to the default size. The clip is resized again, and the procedure is saved. When the procedure is reopened, the clip has returned to the default size.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. In order to have a resized DMS clip available to a user, it must be resized prior to publishing.
