CancelURL Fails with eFolder.aspx in an External URL

Issue

• CancelURL fails when an External URL is used to access a folder. For example, the following URLs would not redirect the browser to www.metastorm.com if the user clicks the Cancel button.

  Version 6.6.x: http://e-Work/eFolder.aspx?FolderID=0000000000000000000000000000013&Client=External&CancelURL=http://www.metastorm.com

  Version 7: http://Metastorm/eFolder.aspx?FolderID=0000000000000000000000000000013&Client=External&CancelURL=http://www.metastorm.com

Resolution

• This is a known issue. There is no workaround.
