Issue
When trying to log in to e-Work, a user receives the following error message in the web browser:
Server Error in '/e-work' Application.
Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: "e-work server" Key being added: "e-work server"
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added.
Key in dictionary: "e-work server" Key being added: "e-work server"

In the Outlook client, the following error message is displayed:
Error processing request
There are no available servers in the local service.
Resolution
- In a text editor, open the file EngineServiceConfig.xml located here: :\\Program Files\\Metastorm e-Work\\Service Director\\config.
- Ensure that the same service name does not occur more than once. In the above example, the default service name, e-Work Server, was used more than once. Remove or rename the extra service name(s).
- Restart the World Wide Web Publishing service.
