Issue
- One of the toolbars is not visible in the Designer.
Resolution
NOTE: Modifying the registry incorrectly can result in loss of functionality on your workstation or server.
Check the following 4 registry keys:
HKEY\_CURRENT\_USER\\Software\\Metastorm\\e-work\\Designer\\Bars\\\\Bar<0-3>
Verify that the value of the DWORD 'Visible' is set to '1'.
If this does not work, try the following:
- Close the Designer if it is open.
- Go to HKEY\_CURRENT\_USER\\Software\\Metastorm\\e-work\\Designer\\Bars
- Export the registry key above to have as backup.
- Delete all of the items under this registry key (this should only require the deletion of one key).
- Reopen the Designer. Verify that the subkeys have been restored.
