e-Work Login Problem When Using Novell Border Manager 3.7
The information in this article applies to product: e-Work 5.3
Issue
- When you try to login to e-Work going through Novell Border Manager 3.7, the screen refreshes and just displays the login screen again. If you then click Internet Explorer's refresh button, you are logged in, but there are no To Do/Watch List icons, etc.
Resolution
- Load NWADMIN on the Border Manager Server.
- Go to the Border Manager server properties then Border Manager Setup. You should see the HTTP proxy enabled.
- Go to Caching on the cache control tab and disable the read ahead option.
- Unload the proxy and reload it, clearing the cache.
