Connection Parameters Changed By Upgrade

Issue
- After upgrading, the Engine doesn't start because the ODBC DSN has been changed by the upgrade.
Resolution
Information that the user inputs during the initial installation of Metastorm BPM (e-Work) is stored in this registry key:
HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Metastorm\\e-work\\InstallInfo.
These values are used for any subsequent upgrades or hotfix installs. Thus, if any parameters (DSN name, DB user name, Engine service user, etc.) are changed after the initial installation, the appropriate changes should be made to the values in this registry key. Otherwise, the correct values will be overwritten by an upgrade and will have to be changed manually where necessary.
