Issue
- Form fields display incorrect characters in a browser. For example, an empty memo field contains a question mark. In this case, the database is storing a question mark instead of a blank or null value.
Resolution
- Refer to the Metastorm BPM Supported Environments guide to verify that the supported Oracle character sets are used. If using version 7.5.x, refer to the version 7.6.x guide for more detailed information regarding the database character set and national character set.
