Issue
Running the Metastorm BPM 7.0.1 Hotfix 1 install generates the following Windows Installer pop-up message:
This patch package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.
Resolution
- Metastorm BPM 7.0.1 must be installed first. Then make sure the Process Designer is closed and run 7.0.1.1.
