Issue
- While a user is logged in to e-Work using the Outlook client, the word 'Loading' and a file-transfer icon remain displayed in the status bar.
Resolution
- The Outlook client is an Internet Explorer control executed within the context of a Win32 program. Certain combinations of Outlook 2002 and later and Internet Explorer will cause this icon to appear. It does not affect e-Work performance in any way.
