Resolution
Make sure the correct URL is being used - for example:
http:// /MetastormSSO/esso.asp?service=
OR
http:// /e-WorkSSO/esso.asp?service=.
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Go to the MetastormSSO (e-WorkSSO) virtual folder. The default location is \\Default Web Site\\MetastormSSO (e-WorkSSO). Right-click and select properties. On the Virtual Directory tab, make sure the Application name field is enabled and set to MetastormSSO (e-WorkSSO) (if that is the name of the virtual directory). If the Application name field is disabled, click the Create button and accept the defaults. Restart IIS.
Verify that all of the steps in the Windows Single Sign On document have been followed exactly as specified.
