TS 6.7.1 Installation problem

I am getting the following msg during installation which is not part of the standard msg:

"The following port(s) are busy: 80
Click previous to change the port number or next to continue."

After changing the webd port to 88, the installation is successful. But the login page is not founhd when localhost:88/iw-cc URL is acessed.

What is the cause of the msg?
any help is appreciated.

To clarify, Port 80 was not used but the post is busy msg is appearing.

The port might be used by your IIS (or webserver), when you give continue the 80 port will be used by TeamSite and later when you run postreboot script the webserver will be configured to run in port 81
