Issue
- If the icon for a stage or action is replaced with a custom image, all of the stages or actions of the same type are given the new image when the procedure is saved. When the procedure is saved again, the image may revert to the default icon. Adding another stage or action may also cause the image to revert to the default when the procedure is saved.
