Issue
During an installation of Metastorm Envision version 7, the following error is generated:
Error 1308.Source file not found:
\\ShellNew\\Envision&\#8364;&\#8364;.igt. Verify that the file exists
and that you can access it.
Resolution
On a few copies of the Envision CD, the Euro character was incorrectly reproduced in the file name Envision&\#8364;&\#8364;.igt. This can be verified by browsing to :\\ShellNew on the CD. One of the 3 files should be named Envision&\#8364;&\#8364;.igt.
The workaround is to copy the CD locally, manually rename the file Envision&\#8364;&\#8364;.igt, and then run the installation.
