Issue
- If a text or number field is added to the default form as part of a new procedure and left with the default settings of calculated and read-only, it is displayed to the user as an editable field.
Resolution
- This is a known issue.
- A workaround is to go to the first action, select '(none)' as the associated form, and then reselect the actual form. The field will now be read-only.
