Issue
- The Designer doesn't allow color to be set for a vertical or horizontal rule on a form.
Resolution
- The control used for a rule doesn't provide for the configuration of color. However, there is a workaround. Use a frame instead. Set the color and then resize the frame to that of the vertical or horizontal rule that is desired.
