Issue
- When a frame with height less than 20 is on a form, it may not be rendered correctly in a browser. For example, a flat frame may appear lowered, a raised frame may appear flat but with a border, etc. The correct appearance is observed in the Outlook/GroupWise clients. Frames with height of 20 or greater are always rendered correctly.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. The behavior is due to the way Internet Explorer renders frames of this size.
