Issue
When the Engine tries to send e-mail using SMTP, the mail is not sent, and the following error message is written to the Windows application event log:

Category: eMailConnector
Event ID: 20
Description: Unexpected exception occurred while trying to send SMTP message. Reason: Access is denied.
Resolution
- Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, right-click on the SMTP server, select 'Properties', and go to the 'Security' tab. Add the Windows user account under which the e-Work Engine is running.
- Restart the server.
