Status Loader Fails to Load Data with DB2 for z/OS V9.1

Issue

With MIM 8.5.0 or 8.5.1 the Status Loader may fail to load data and displays error messages, including SQLCODE -99999 and SQLSTATE=HY010, in the log.

This occurs when DB2 for z/OS V9.1 is used for the MIM Enterprise Server. The error may occur if MIM 8.5.0 or 8.5.1 was just installed or just upgraded to. This can also occur for existing MIM 8.5.0 or 8.5.1 installations after service has been applied to DB2 for z/OS V9.1.

To resolve this, re-bind the DB2 ODBC packages/plan and re-grant the execute authority for the ODBC plan to the proper user IDs.
